IMPORTANT:
Current Peak Health Alliance members will need to find new health insurance for 2023. The open enrollment deadline is March 1, 2023, for coverage starting on April 1. This is a special enrollment period for previous Bright Health members. Be sure to enroll before then, as coverage will not be available again until January 2024.
(The exception is for employees of Grand and Summit Counties; your plans will continue without interruption.)

Your health insurance company will be your point of contact for questions about benefits, claims, and billing. If you have received your ID card, the number on the back of the card will put you in touch.
