Part-Time Office Manager
Peak Health Alliance, a Summit County, Colorado-based non-profit whose mission is to bring affordable health insurance options to Colorado communities, is looking for a part-time Office Manager to help its dispersed team communicate, stay organized, and work smarter.
The Office Manager would be responsible for assisting the Peak team with administrative functions such as report/database upkeep, cloud drive organization and optimization, interacting with our support vendors, responding to inquiries via phone, chat, and email, and assisting with getting people to the right place for help. We’re also looking for help with keeping up our social media presence and community affairs.
Our tools include Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel), Salesforce, and Hootsuite.
While we anticipate this role to grow, we expect initially we will need someone available for around 15-20 hours per week and expect hours to flex during busier times of the year. We’re willing to work with the right candidate!
- At least 1-2 years experience in an office management role
- Organizational skills
- Experience in using Microsoft Office product suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with and ability to use Zoom
- A friendly disposition for light phone or online chat customer service to help direct inquiries to the right resources
- A remote work-from-home or home office setup with reliable high-speed internet
Experience in healthcare or the health insurance industry would be a bonus but is not required; Experience with social media and content writing is also a desired.
Because this job will be remote, the ability to self-start, be flexible, and stay organized are important characteristics of our ideal candidate.
Hourly rate range is between $18-25/hour. If you’re interested, click below to send an email to us along with a resume or qualifications.
